1. From the date of installation, quality assurance will be provided within the corresponding warranty period based on the product model.

2. This quality assurance card (electronic warranty) is the only warranty certificate for JEM car window film, which is only enjoyed by the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.

3. During the warranty period, if this product experiences water bubbles, bubbles, curled edges, cracking, delamination, obvious fading and discoloration, or surface detachment due to non-human factors, it is within the scope of warranty and can be replaced with the same model of product with electronic warranty.

1. From the date of purchase, during the product warranty period, the manufacturer provides warranty services for cracks, stains, delamination, and hydrolysis caused solely by manufacturing or material defects. Due to the high construction requirements for invisible car covers, we recommend that you apply them on the original factory paint surface.

2. Considering that this product is designed to protect the original paint surface of the car, products installed on non paint areas are not covered by the claims.

3. The warranty scope does not include losses caused by improper use, maintenance, cleaning or misoperation of the product, construction on non original paint surfaces, natural disasters, accidents, normal wear and tear, or other reasons unrelated to product production or material issues.

1. During the warranty period, if there is obvious fading or cracking of the film surface, it is a product quality issue and will be covered by the warranty;

2. During the warranty period, the product shall not undergo non-contact deformation, delamination, or natural detachment from the vehicle body;

3. Considering that this product is posted on the original paint surface and not installed on the original paint surface, it is not within the scope of compensation.
